Candidate privacy notice

Account and contact details, profile content, education, experience, preferences, application answers, consent records, saved searches, device security data and CV metadata. CV file handling is described separately by the private storage provider configuration.

To authenticate you, operate your profile, match relevant entry-level jobs, submit applications you authorise, prevent abuse, communicate application updates and meet legal obligations.

A submitted application is shared only with the employer named on that application and service providers needed to operate the platform. Drafts, saved jobs, accessibility settings and general profile data are not automatically sent to employers.

Application records are scheduled for deletion or review after 24 months. Drafts, alerts and saved jobs remain while your account is active. Security records may be kept only as long as reasonably needed. An employer may have its own lawful retention duties after receiving an application.

You may access, correct, export, object to certain processing, request restriction or erasure, and withdraw optional communication preferences. Download your data or request deletion from account settings. You may also contact the Mauritius Data Protection Office.
