Corrections
Errors should be easy to report and visible to fix.
We assess correction requests against reliable evidence and prioritise information that could affect a candidate’s safety or decision.

Requesting a correction
Email [email protected] with the page URL, the disputed information, the proposed correction and a primary or authoritative source where possible. Job-specific issues should also be reported from the listing page.
Our response
We preserve the request in the operational audit trail, check the source and correct material inaccuracies promptly. Published guidance receives a new revision, reviewer and review date.
- Safety and active-job errors are prioritised
- Closed jobs are removed rather than kept as soft 404 pages
- Good-faith criticism is not removed simply because an organisation objects
What a correction does not change
A correction fixes evidence-based inaccuracies. It does not guarantee a search ranking, application outcome, employer response or endorsement by a public authority.
