At this point, Zelh is looking for a Track & Trace Representative for our third-party logistics company which specializes in Reliable Domestic and International Shipping Services.

Responsibilities:

• Daily communication with drivers and customers

• Notifying appropriate parties of any issues

• ## Inputting updates into the system

• ## Answering incoming calls from clients

• ## Scheduling appointments

• Maintaining current knowledge of market trends in the transportation marketplace

• Other duties as required by business needs or as assigned

Working conditions:

• Work schedule: Monday - Friday 3 pm - midnight (EST time)
